Quick fixes for the most common launcher problems.

Launcher troubleshooting

Match what you see.

Your downloads and history are kept between launcher sessions. Do not delete a partial download unless you want to restart it from zero.

01

The catalog says saved or offline

The launcher could not reach the current online catalog, so it loaded its built-in copy. You can still browse. Check your connection, then use Settings → Check now.

02

A download is paused or failed

Open Downloads and choose Resume. If the file check fails, the incomplete package is removed automatically so a damaged installer cannot be opened.

03

An installed app is missing

Finish that product’s own setup, then return to the launcher or focus its window again. The Installed page rescans the standard locations on your PC.

04

Windows shows a warning

Current builds are not commercially code-signed, so Windows may ask for confirmation. Check the version on the release history and only use files from crackmac.net.

Useful when reporting a problem

Bring the exact details.

In the launcher (1.7.2 or newer), open About → Save diagnostic report, then open it below to see what is wrong. Older launchers: About → Open diagnostic folder and include the latest log file. Never include passwords or personal files.

Read a diagnostic report

See what is wrong, privately.

Choose or drop a .crackmac-diagnostics.json file. This page reads it on your own computer; it is never uploaded. About the format.

Common questions

Where are completed downloads?

Open Downloads in the launcher. Completed packages remain listed there and can be shown in File Explorer.

Can I use the launcher offline?

You can browse the saved catalog and open detected products. Starting a new download requires a connection to its package server.

Does canceling uninstall a product?

No. Canceling only stops that download. Use the Installed page to run a product’s own uninstaller.
